This is the starting point for Production Resource Planning
Purchase Orders from Accounting drive Root Molded Parts (Parts) and Production Work Orders. Parts & WO's details drive QC Sheets
These provided a detailed instructions package to the Plant floor for productions of all Root Molded Parts.

Find and Review the Root Molded Part
Generate the Work Order from the Part Screen & Review
Review details for printing of WO sheet and 1st Off QA and QC Control Sheets
The PARTS Information - Edit Screen
- Note this screen has TABS which allows you to
1) Edit the Parts detail,
2) Edit the QA/QC header information and
3) will show you a list of all Work orders that have been issued on this Part, in the past
4) Associate Image to the Part
A Button is provided to generate the WO directly from here.
The Work Order - Edit Screen
- Note the TABS to
1) Edit the WO details, or
2) review all Production Runs history
3) the Work Order Notes
4 & 5) Setup for QA/QC Sheets for the Part/Work Order.
